나도기브 아동 안전 표준 (Child Safety Standards)

본 문서는 주식회사 나도기브(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 모바일 애플리케이션 나도기브(이하 "서비스")의 아동 안전 표준입니다. 회사는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)에 대해 무관용 원칙(Zero Tolerance) 을 적용합니다.

제1조 (목적 및 적용 범위)

  1. 본 표준은 서비스 내 모든 콘텐츠와 이용자 간 상호작용(커뮤니티 게시물, 댓글, 모임, 메시지 등)에 적용됩니다.
  2. 회사는 아동·청소년을 성적 학대, 착취, 위험으로부터 보호하기 위해 본 표준을 수립하고 공개합니다.
  3. 본 표준은 Google Play 아동 안전 표준 정책(Child Safety Standards Policy)을 준수하기 위해 작성되었습니다.

제2조 (아동 성적 학대 및 착취 금지)

회사는 서비스 내에서 다음 행위를 엄격히 금지하며, 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM, Child Sexual Abuse Material)를 포함한 모든 CSAE 관련 콘텐츠·행위를 절대 허용하지 않습니다.

  1. 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM)의 제작, 게시, 공유, 유통, 소지 또는 요청
  2. 아동에 대한 그루밍(grooming) — 성적 목적으로 아동에게 접근하여 신뢰를 쌓는 행위
  3. 성착취 협박(sextortion) — 성적 이미지 등을 이용해 아동을 협박·강요하는 행위
  4. 아동의 성적 대상화 — 아동을 성적으로 묘사·연출하거나 그러한 콘텐츠를 공유하는 행위
  5. 아동 인신매매 — 아동을 상업적 성 착취 목적으로 광고·모집·알선하는 행위
  6. 그 밖에 아동·청소년을 성적으로 착취하거나 위험에 빠뜨리는 일체의 행위

제3조 (신고 방법)

  1. 앱 내 신고: 서비스 내 모든 커뮤니티 게시물·댓글·모임에서 신고 기능을 제공합니다. 콘텐츠의 메뉴에서 "신고"를 선택하면 앱을 벗어나지 않고 신고할 수 있으며, 이용자 차단 기능도 함께 제공합니다.
  2. 이메일 신고: 아동 안전 관련 우려 사항은 아래 연락처로 신고할 수 있습니다.
    • 이메일: nadogive.ops@gmail.com
  3. 긴급한 위험에 처한 아동이 있는 경우 경찰(112) 또는 아동학대 신고전화(112)로 즉시 신고해 주시기 바랍니다. 불법 촬영물 등은 방송통신심의위원회 디지털성범죄 신고(1377) 및 여성긴급전화(1366)를 통해서도 신고할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (위반 시 조치)

회사는 CSAE 관련 신고를 접수하거나 해당 콘텐츠·행위를 인지한 경우 다음과 같이 조치합니다.

  1. 해당 콘텐츠의 즉시 삭제 및 노출 차단
  2. 해당 이용자에 대한 서비스 이용 영구 정지
  3. 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관 등 관할 당국에 신고 및 증거 보전 협조
  4. 신고 내용은 접수 후 신속히 검토하며, 아동 안전 관련 신고는 최우선 순위로 처리

제5조 (관련 법령 준수)

회사는 다음을 포함한 대한민국의 아동 보호 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

회사는 CSAM을 인지하는 경우 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 관할 수사기관(경찰청) 등 관계 기관에 신고합니다.

제6조 (아동 안전 담당 연락처)

아동 안전 담당은 회사의 CSAE 방지 정책과 조치 절차에 관한 문의에 응답합니다.

제7조 (표준의 게시 및 개정)

  1. 본 표준은 누구나 접근할 수 있도록 웹에 공개 게시합니다: https://legal.nadogive.com/child-safety
  2. 본 표준을 개정하는 경우 개정 내용과 시행일을 본 페이지에 반영합니다.

NadoGive Child Safety Standards (English)

Effective Date: August 31, 2026

These are the Child Safety Standards for the NadoGive (나도기브) mobile application, operated by NadoGive Co., Ltd. (주식회사 나도기브). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Scope

These standards apply to all content and user interactions within the service, including community posts, comments, and group activities. They are published in accordance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy.

2. Prohibition of CSAE

We strictly prohibit, and never tolerate, any content or conduct related to CSAE, including:

  1. Creating, posting, sharing, distributing, possessing, or soliciting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  2. Grooming — approaching a child and building trust for sexual purposes
  3. Sextortion — threatening or coercing a child using sexual imagery
  4. Sexualization of minors — depicting or sharing content that sexualizes children
  5. Child trafficking — advertising, recruiting, or facilitating a child for commercial sexual exploitation
  6. Any other conduct that sexually exploits or endangers children

3. How to Report

  1. In-app reporting: Every community post, comment, and group in the service provides a "Report" option accessible without leaving the app. User blocking is also available.
  2. Email: Report child safety concerns to nadogive.ops@gmail.com.
  3. If a child is in immediate danger, please contact the Korean National Police Agency (112).

4. Enforcement

Upon receiving a report or becoming aware of CSAE content or conduct, we will:

  1. Immediately remove and block the content
  2. Permanently suspend the offending account
  3. Report to the relevant law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law and preserve evidence
  4. Prioritize child safety reports above all other report categories

5. Legal Compliance

We comply with applicable child protection laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses, the Youth Protection Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. When we obtain knowledge of CSAM, we report it to the relevant authorities, including the Korean National Police Agency.
